Berger Family Dental Has Reopened!
COVID-19 is in the news everywhere, and we are closely monitoring the situation. We are reaching out to assure you that you are safe at Berger Family Dental.
We already, as a daily practice, assure universal precautions as outlined by CDC and OSHA standards of infection control. Safety is always our number one focus. Our high standard of care ensures that your trust and safety are never compromised.
We are taking extended measures to further protect all our patients and team with the following additional protocols:
We have a comprehensive pre-screening for COVID-19 risk factors located on our website under the New Patient Forms link. This must be completed no less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, or you will have to reschedule
In compliance with the recommendations for public health, anyone with a cough or fever will not be allowed in the building and should stay home. We will be happy to reschedule your appointment for a later date
Before your appointment, you are to call us and let us know you are here. Please stay in your car instead of the waiting room until we are ready to seat you in your personal treatment room
Once we call you in you will need to have your own mask to wear while not in the dental chair. Upon entering Berger Family Dental, you will be asked to sanitize your hands and we will take your temperature and review the pre-screening with you
Prior to every appointment we are asking our patients to rinse with 1% hydrogen peroxide since Coronavirus is vulnerable to oxidation.
Additionally, we are requesting you sanitize your hands before re-entering the business areas
No more than one person may accompany a minor child into the office
We have significantly reduced schedules, to help enforce social distancing measures
Barriers have been installed at check-in and check out
Our clinical staff has been equipped with additional PPE for your and their protection
You can be assured safety measures at Berger Family Dental will continue to evolve as more information develops.
If you haven’t been contacted and you feel you are in need or past due for an appointment, please call our office as soon as you can.
Stay well, hydrate, eat nutritiously, and get plenty of sleep.
We look forward to serving you,
The team at Berger Family Dental
