Your First Visit
On your first visit, we need a clear picture of your concerns and an understanding of your dental health.
On that first visit, we will schedule the following procedures:
Clinical exam
B/P screening
TMJ screening
Occlusal exam
Periodontal exam
Radiographic exam
Pre-clinical interview
Intraoral Camera exam
Study Models (if needed)
Diagnodent exam (if needed)
Medical history / Oral cancer exam
Your next visit will address your individual hygiene needs and oral hygiene instructions from our hygiene staff and a consultation with the doctor on your exam findings. Immediate needs and long term objectives will be outlined with treatment options clearly explained. Together we will select a treatment plan that will meet your needs.
Each patient will have an opportunity during this visit to sit down with the Patient Coordinator and discuss their scheduling and treatment financial needs. For our patient’s convenience the office accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, Personal Check, Cash, and extended financing options, Care Credit. We will file your primary insurance for you and assist you in filing of any secondary insurance. After your hygiene appointment(s) and your consultation with Dr Berger and the Office Manager your future visits will be scheduled at your convenience. |
